Tokens are optional, one-off credits for amplification and overage — boosting posts, running sponsored placements, or listing beyond your quota. A Free user can still buy tokens.
Every action resolves to free (within your plan) → quota (counts against a monthly limit) → token (a paid boost or an action beyond quota). Organization is billed per lab ($25/mo each) and set up by a lab manager from the dashboard — your first lab is free, and each additional lab is another $25/mo.
